Welcome to our wedding website family and friends! We are so excited to celebrate with you on this very special occasion!

We look forward to seeing you all at Green Truck Farm, 1311 Drager Road Columbia, PA 17512 (get directions) on September 24, 2022 at 4:30pm!

Before attending, please scroll down (or click the link) to review the Questions & Details and Day-Of Timeline. If you are coming from out of town or staying at one of our hotels, please also review the Directions & Travel section.

Feel free to continue to reference this site for additional details as we get closer to the big day!

PS: Share the fun! Use our hashtag #HappilyEverHughes when posting about the festivities!

The Green Truck Farm is the private residence of Kayla’s grandparents, Bob and Katherine Leaman, who have graciously allowed us to celebrate our special day there. The “venue” is a place where we often spend time with family and friends. We are extremely grateful and overwhelmed with excitement to add our wedding and reception to the list of fun and unforgettable memories made at the Green Truck Farm.

Yes, parking is available in a grass field at the farm. When you drive down the long lane you will see signs on where to park. Guests will need to walk a very short distance through the field, so for guests who do not want their heels in the grass, etc., please keep this in mind so you can plan accordingly.

However, please remember Uber and Lyft are options as well if you’d rather not walk in the grass or plan on taking advantage of the open bar! There will be ample parking onsite for those who drive themselves to the wedding; cars can be left overnight if needed.

Yes! Our ceremony and reception will take place at Green Truck Farm. After the ceremony, guests will enjoy cocktail hour in and around the ceremony area. The reception to follow will be at the tented area a few steps away.

The ceremony is going to be held in the corn crib, which is a small white barn. Most seating will be outside as the inside seating is reserved for close family and the wedding party. You will be able to see and hear the ceremony from the outside seating, as the corn crib doors open up the entire area for complete visibility and acoustics.

The cocktail area will take place both outside and inside in the ceremony area / corn crib.

The reception will be held in a tent adjacent to where the ceremony will be held that is covered and safe upon any inclement weather. The tent area has concrete flooring, making dancing, moving, and mingling a non-issue for any concerns that would otherwise arise with grass.

Upon inclement weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place inside the tent as well.

It will be late September so please plan accordingly for weather.

The dress code can be found below.

Formal / Semi-formal
Black-tie / Black tie-optional

There will be plenty of food to enjoy while you socialize, mingle, and CELEBRATE! Throughout the night you can expect Hors d’oeuvres, a buffet-style dinner, late-night snacks, and cupcakes. Please note any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate the request.

YOU BET THERE IS!

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to attend our big day and will enjoy the night off! The only children that will be in attendance are those in the wedding party. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that we have given you enough time to find accommodations for the evening.

The invitation envelopes are addressed to the guests that we are inviting. Due to this celebration being on private property, we are limited to the # of guests we can invite. Unless you see a plus one on your invite, we’d rather it just be you!

Please also note that if a plus one is mentioned on your invite, the plus one is specific to that person and not transferable.

Reach out to bryant.hughes57@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Yes! While we would appreciate donations to our future home fund, our registry can be found here. Thanks in advance!
